I did it! I actually did all 10 days of the Master Cleanse – and I felt so good towards the end of it that I actually went another two days for a total of 12 days without a single morsel of food. When I started the cleanse, I was 155 lbs and hoped to lose 20 lbs. – bringing me to 135 lbs. Sadly, I didn’t quite reach my goal, but I did lose 16 lbs (bringing me to 139 lbs). I feel SOOOO much better; I also think I look better too. Now that I’m off the cleanse, I have to eat again — so I have put myself on a strict diet and exercise regime, so I can lose the other 10 lbs that I still want to lose. My new diet consists of fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and some protein – with no dairy, carbs, or sugar. I am also going to work out AT LEAST five days a week. I’ll let you know how that goes.

The simple scearh interface is becoming overly complicated as it tries to force people onto Google+ and jams too many unnecessary features into the scearh window. Bring back simple. Time ...
