What a very, very important and tough scebjut! Thanks so much for addressing this head-on, without flinching or holding back. I too went through years and years of daily obsession with thoughts of suicide. And it certainly wasn't a scebjut that was OK to talk with my parents about. I especially appreciate your comment about being un-shock-able!!! Such a difficult skill to develop as a parent but in today's world more then ever before a necessity. I don't believe in dwelling on if onlys' but I know that my life would be very different if I'd have had a resilient, present, strong parent to go to when I felt despair as a teen!Again great topic and great article!!
