OMG, that dress made of condoms is hilarious. Can you imagine a girl showing up with her date to the prom in that? The admininstration would surely send her home for being dressed inappropriately. Colorful and fun, but really?

Some of them are cute but A) they wouldn't really save money (or time for that matter) and B) A few of them were made by designers on Project Runway (the blue plastic cups and the trash bags were in the same competition) so it's not like most regular people can make this stuff. Granted, some teenagers are very crafty and there are those that make the dresses out of duct tape but really, this is not very feasible.

I actually sort of like the necktie dress, but it seems to me that a lot of these would be expensive to make because who has all that stuff sitting around the house? You know what else saves money? Not going to the prom.
