If you get a credit card, keep it way below mamuxim credit line, pay regularly and never go over, then this helps your credit immensely. Also, any line of credit over 300 dollars that you do well with adds points after three months

it would be best to talk to an attorney that szlaiceipes in bankruptcy. consultations are usually free and they will be able to tell you if it is possible. also ask them if you decide to ever go back for advanced degrees or other programs of studies (which many people do I'm sure hard for you to imagine now) how that default of the student loan would impact you then in the future. Good Luck in making a hard decision.

In my opinion it is ALWAYS bteter to do half and half what if an emergency happens? For 8.75% loan I would pay at least 1/3 more than my minimum payment. For the 5.34% pay minimum payment or at least a quarter more. As far as accounts go, get a regular savings account put a legitimate amount in that account, than work with a good bank preferably Wachovia Securities and get some mutual funds (sooo much bteter than stocks especially if you owe loans it's much safer at this point). You might want to get a checking account but make sure you don't get a debit card for it or a card with a Visa/Mastercard logo on it cause you will only spend it all by taking money out of ATM's and paying a whole bunch of processing fees or swiping it at all stores; simply throwing your money away. If you do decide to open a checking account or have direct deposit (and get a card). DO NOT GET ONE WITH A VISA/MASTERCARD LOGO ON IT and DO ONLY RETRIEVE MONEY FROM YOUR BANK OR THEIR ATM!!! GOOD LUCK!

Thanks for sharing your ideas. One thing is that learrens have an alternative between federal government student loan as well as a private education loan where its easier to go with student loan debt consolidation loan than over the federal education loan.

I'm going tuorhgh a re-familiarisation with the director Gus van Sant's movies at the moment. A lot of people don't like his work but I find it improves immensely with repeated viewings.
