I am conflicted on this.
#1.) I know she has issues and really does need to get therapy to fix her mental instability.
#2) I really do think she looks good. (Personal opinion, just like many personally think it doesn't look good)
Common sense dictates that she really does need to stop getting implants and find a size that may be large but safe being the key point.
She has a lot of hurtles to jump it seems as her mental illness has already nearly killed her more than once.
I also am petite, 5'5 and 130 lbs and D cups. I always wished they were smaller, especially when I was 13. In my experience, young girls with large breasts are often the victims of unwanted attentions from much older men..somebody needs to warn those girls.
Personally, and I'm on the co-ed team, btw, it looks like she's got a huge ass where her boobs should be.
